In this horrific Challenge, student teams are asked to channel the deranged but deeply intuitive perspective of Edgar Allan Poe and bring it to life in a new scene of terror. Specifically, read a select passage from the Edgar Allan Poe short story, “Ligea.” Select three words/phrases from the passage and based on those words, create your own original 2 – 4 minute horror scene in the style of Edgar Allan Poe.
